We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. Please measure your pet's neck girth, chest circumference, and back length to ensure the most comfortable fit for our brand-exclusive vests and hoodies.
What is your return policy for clothing items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items with visible pet hair cannot be refunded.
How long does shipping take for merchandise?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Are the materials used in your apparel pet-safe?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment stage and cannot be altered.
